Can i see the articles beforehand / try out in your showroom?
Yes, at our headquarters in Capelle aan den Ijssel in The Netherlands. You need to make an appointment, you can contact us at sales@ricatech.com.
Do you have a store?
We only have an online store, www.ricatech.com. You can find our producst at some audiostores or recordshops.
Is it possible to pick up my order at your store?
We ship your items to your homeadress for €2,95. (If you prefer to pick them up at our headquarters, it's possible to make an appointment and pay beforehand.)
Is it safe to purchase an item on your website?
Direct payments are made through a highly secure environment. If you wish, you can also pay via a classic transfer.
